Memsolos Private Limited ("Memsolos", "we", "us") handles personal data belonging to candidates, client contacts and website visitors. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how you can have it removed.
Who is responsible for your data
Memsolos Private Limited, DSL Abacus IT Park, Uppal, Hyderabad, Telangana 500039, India, is the data controller. Questions and requests go to hello@memsolos.in.
What we collect
- Candidates: name, contact details, curriculum vitae, employment and education history, compensation expectations, notice period, work authorisation status, interview notes and assessment records.
- Client contacts: name, business contact details, role and the content of hiring briefs and correspondence.
- Website visitors: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, and browser type. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we process it
- To match candidates with suitable roles and to represent them to prospective employers, with their consent for each specific submission.
- To deliver recruitment, payroll and compliance services under contract with our clients.
- To meet statutory obligations, including employment, tax and background verification requirements.
- To improve our services, using aggregated and de-identified data only.
Consent, and what we never do
We do not submit a candidate's details to any employer without that candidate's explicit consent for that specific role and organisation. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not charge candidates any fee at any stage.
How long we keep it
Candidate records are retained for 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted unless you have asked us to keep them longer. Records connected to a completed placement are retained for the period required by employment and tax law. Client correspondence is retained for the duration of the relationship plus seven years.
Where it is stored
Data is held in applicant-tracking and business systems hosted in India and the European Union, protected by access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and role-based permissions. Access is limited to consultants who need it for the mandate they are working on.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your record entirely.
- Withdraw consent to being represented, at any time and without explanation.
- Ask us to stop contacting you about opportunities.
Email hello@memsolos.in with your request. We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm in writing when it is done.
Third parties
We use a small number of processors: applicant tracking, background verification, payroll and email delivery, each bound by a data-processing agreement. We share candidate data with a client only after the candidate has consented to that specific submission.
Recruitment fraud
Memsolos will never ask a candidate for payment, a security deposit or banking credentials. If you receive such a request from someone claiming to represent us, please report it to hello@memsolos.in.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes affecting candidates on our register will also be notified by email.
